Route Management
The Route Management functionality is a function that is particularly used by the sales / territory manager to allocate a specific route to a sales representative.
This section shows the steps to allocate and or de-allocate a specific customer according to the days in which the sales representative will plan to be on route.
Steps:
- Click the Customers button. Step 1
- Click the button of the scrollbar to scroll to the bottom of the page. Step 2
- The last row of details provides an option to allow the sales manager or route manager to confirm when this client would be visible to the sales representative.
A check-box with active tick means the customer would be visible to the sales representative on the specific days identified.
A check-box which is blank would mean the not visible.
*If all check boxes are blank, then by default the client will always be visible to the sales representative.
Upon making the changes to the customer, you shoudl click on the Save button to confirm the changes. Step 3 - Click the Save button. Step 4
